For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to WhenVote, and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Services.

WhenVote has two fundamental principles when it comes to collecting and processing private data:
- We don't use your data to show you ads.
- We only store the data that WhenVote needs to function as a secure and feature-rich service.
The service requests your permission to access your profile data via OAuth. After you accept the request, we use the Google API to receive your name, email and avatar. This data is used to show your name in poll participants section and send you an invite once meeting time is set.
The service requests your permission to access your Google Calendar Data via OAuth. After you accept the request, we use the Google API to receive your calendar events. We do not store your calendar events in our database. We store your Google Calendar API token only to receive calendar events every time you open poll details.
The data related to the service is stored in data centers in Europe. We do not share your personal data with any external services.
Unless stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy, the personal data that you provide us will only be stored for as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations in respect of the provision of the Services.
If you no longer want to use the service, send the email to whenvoteapp@gmail.com. We will revoke our permission to access your Google Calendar and Profile Data. You can also revoke our permissions to your Gmail account manually here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After the permission is revoked, we will remove all your Google Calendar/Profile data from our servers within 30 days.
